Instructions for Pancake & Waffle Mix

How to make Pancakes from Mix

Makes four 4-inch pancakes
1/4 cup of pancake mix
1/4 cup of water
Optional: 1 teaspoon of honeyMix ingredients together and let sit for 5 minutes. Do not to overmix. Preheat nonstick pan to medium heat. Scoop roughly 2 tablespoons of batter onto greased pan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on either side.
Serve as desired – with syrup, chocolate sauce, endless options – and enjoy!

How to make Waffles from Mix

Makes six 4-inch waffles
1 cup pancake/waffle mix
1 large egg, separated for extra fluffiness
3/4 cup water or milk
1-1/2 tablespoons of melted butter or oilOptional: beat egg whites to medium peaks for extra fluffy waffles.
Mix remaining ingredients together. Add egg whites. Let batter rest for 10 minutes. Do not to overmix. Preheat waffle iron and scoop mixture onto greased pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
Serve as desired – with syrup, chocolate sauce, fruit... endless options – and enjoy!
